Don't you just love the fact that summer is in town! Well, let me correct myself, summer finally found its way to Belgium!
Finally able to walk outside without having to bring a winter jacket! Spring and start of summer have been crazy this year, I was so confused of what to wear. One moment I was freezing cold and the other sweating from heat!
Okay, I'm done complaining now... Time to have drinks at the many summer bars here in Antwerp (where we live), meet with friends or family, have BBQ's, just have plenty of FUN!
Every year there are new summer bars popping up here in Antwerp, we still haven't done all of them, but one of our favorites the last few years was Cargo Zomerbar, but there are so many more which can be found listed on the yearly Zomerbars website.
Oh, true!!! I almost forgot to mention that there is a coconut bar here in Antwerp! The first one in Belgium! I am so excited, cause I LOOOOOOOVEEEEE fresh coconut water!! It is my addiction and on top of all it super healthy! The bar is called Coco Loco and the owners are VERY friendly too! You feel like you are at a tropical island when you have a coconut in your hands!
